This year's Spring Bead Bazaar will be held on April 30th and May 1st, 2005 at the Live Oak Civic Center.

Hours: Saturday - 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday - 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Admission: $5.00 - A 2 day pass is available for $7.00

Applications will also be available at the SABOS General Meetings. Booths are still available for interested members on a first-come/first-served basis.

Set Up Times: Friday - Noon - 7:00 PM, Saturday - 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM, Sunday - 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM

SABOS MEMBER BOOTH!

If you are a member of SABOS thinking of selling at the Bazaar, but don't really want a full booth, there will be a SABOS Booth available for SABOS members to display/sell their work.

If you volunteer for two 3-hour shifts, you may put your works in the gallery. Volunteers will work at this table. Please include the following with works you submit to the Gallery table: price for each item, inventory and artist vita (a little bit about you so that booth volunteers can sell your work). Bring your own displays if you like.

SABOS Member Booth Meeting: There is a short meeting for SABOS members planning to display in this booth. See Calendar for more information.

Below is the form you should use to list your inventory. It is in 2 formats. Choose the Excel format if you have Excel and would like to type in your list. Choose the PDF if you would like to print the form and write in your inventory. Bring the printed list of your choice to the Gallery table.
