• Article V -Officers Duties and Powers
• Section 1. Add the word treasurer to the list of officers.
• Section 2. The president shall have the authority to call for a vote of the general members, in writing and through the mail with a return post card post paid, or e-mail.
• Section 5. The treasurer shall collect all dues and keep a full and accurate account of all receipts and pay bills as directed by the approved budget and Board of Directors.
• Article VI -Committees

• Article VII -Fiscal Year
• Section 2. The Board of Directors shall annually prepare and approve a budget covering the needs of this organization for such expenses as it deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this organization and present it to the members by the first meeting of the fiscal year.

• Rule 3. Telephone - The telephone committee chairperson shall keep a current list of all members on the phone tree. Delete and their telephone numbers.
• Rule 4. Special Projects - The special projects chairperson may be called on to work on any special project that has been approved by the Board of Directors including the May Meeting and the Bead Bazaar.
